DLyte Dental Compact Series

GPAINNOVA DLYTE COMPACT SERIES
DLyte Dental 1D, 10D, and 100D
Automate the polishing of casted, sintered, milled, and 3D printed metal parts
The innovative DLyte machines are engineered for surface finishing of metal alloys including titanium, based on the patented DryLyte technology. This technology allows the grinding, rounding, and deburring as well as surface smoothing and high gloss polishing of any casting, sintered or milling metal parts such as dental skeletals, spacers, implants, and orthodontic brackets.
Eliminate Hand Polishing and Streamline Metal Surface Finishing with Dry Electropolishing and DLyte
Easy. Fast. Cost-Efficient. Reliable
The DLyte™ Dental Compact Series is a dry electropolishing system for the surface treatment of metal parts that require high performance and a smooth, polished finish. This innovative and unique polishing process reaches every corner of the metal dental appliance, allowing for a uniform finish even in inner cavities which are difficult to access manually. With the DLyte 1D, 10D, and 100D you can reduce the labor and processing time associated with any casting, sintered, milled or 3D printed part.
A Solution for Low, Medium, or High Volume Production
The DLyte systems for the dental industry come in three configurations for small to large productions and based on the materials that are to be treated.
DLyte 1D
A Compact System, Designed for Low-Volume Production
Capacity (per cycle): 2 RPDs, 3 crowns, 4 bars or implant bridges, and more than 10 abutments for each working cycle with an average of 50-60 minutes cycle time
DLyte 100D
Designed for High-Volume Throughput
Capacity (per cycle): 9 RPDs, 16 crowns or cemented structures, 16 bars or implant bridges, and more than 50 abutments for each cycle with an average processing time of 50-60 minutes
How Do DLyte Machines Work?
STEP 1
The dental parts are clamped onto the holder.
STEP 2
The holder is introduced into the machine.
DLyte dental fixing systems
In order to maximize the capacity and performance of your DLyte system for dental parts, you can decide on the type of fixing system, removal partial denture (RPD) holder or an implant fixing solution.
Removal partial denture holder
- DLyte1: 2 RPD/cycle
- DLyte10: 4 RPD/cycle
- DLyte100: 9 RPD/cycle
Implants fixing solution
- DLyte1: 3 dental bars/cycle
- DLyte10: 9 dental bars/cycle
- DLyte100: 16 dental bars/cycle
STEP 3
The program is selected.
STEP 4
The metal appliances go through the dry-electropolishing process.
The typical cycle time is 50-60 minutes.
Key Benefits of DLyte Dental
Electrolyte Media
CoCr 01
CoCr1 is an electrolyte designed to process Cobalt-Chrome alloys with the biggest size of the media available and a developed mixture of chemical compounds. It performs optimal removal of material achieving a highly polished surface. Very Easy to use with very consistent results.
Electrolyte 01 is the largest particle from 0.8 to 1mm of diameter.
CoCr2
CoCr2 is an electrolyte designed to process Cobalt-Chrome alloys with the smallest size of the media available and a developed mixture of chemical compounds. It performs glossy surfaces with lower removal performance.
Electrolyte 02 is the smallest particle from 0.1 to 0.3 mm of diameter.
CoCr MIX
CoCr Mix is an electrolyte designed to process Cobalt-Chrome alloys with a combination of the different sizes of the media available and a developed mixture of chemical compounds. It performs superior removal of material results achieving a highly polished surface.
Electrolyte Mix (03) is a mixture between the two electrolytes 01 and 02.
Ti MIX
Ti Mix is an electrolyte designed to process Titanium and Nitinol alloys with a combination of the different sizes of the media available and a developed mixture of chemical compounds. It performs optimal removal of material achieving a highly polished surface.
Electrolyte Ti Mix is a mixture between the two electrolytes 01 and 02.
