KeyPrint® KeySplint Hard™ is a biocompatible photopolymer resin intended for the fabrication of orthodontic and dental appliances such as bite planes, mouthguards, nightguards, snoring, appliances, splints, repositioners, and retainers. Characterized by its flexural strength and hardness, KeySplint Hard™ is a material conceived for 3D printing of orthodontic and dental appliances. It is compatible with DLP Printers utilizing UV wavelengths between 385nm-405nm and post-cure units using UV wavelengths of 250nm-390nm.

KeySplint Hard, the newest addition to the KeySplint family of dental resins, is a photopolymer dental 3D printing material designed for the production of rigid dental splints and nightguards. This open-material is optimized for use in DLP 3D printing processes.
