KeyPrint® KeyGuide®
3D print transparent and accurate surgical guides
KeyPrint® KeyGuide® is a stiff, biocompatible (Class I) 3D printing resin designed to create partial and full-arch surgical guides. The material is stiff and durable to withstand the forces of guided surgery in the oral cavity. It is a light-curing resin for the fabrication of biocompatible dental surgical guides to be used in DLP 3D printers utilizing wavelengths between 385 nm - 405 nm.
Produce Complex and Transparent Surgical Guides
In order to achieve the placements of implants at a precise angle and depth, Keystone Industries developed the best 3D printing biocompatible resin for manufacturing transparent and stable surgical guides.
This Class I resin is the best on the market with a flexural modulus of 2400 MPa and flexural strength of 105 MPa and is designed to have superb accuracy for precise implant placement.
